PLEASE NOTE: We deliver to the UK including the Channel Islands, Isle of White, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, etc free of charge. For all other destinations please contact us for further delivery information.

Unless otherwise stated goods are shipped via Overnight Courier once the goods are manufactured, usually on receipt of cleared funds.Velux Blinds take 7-10 days to arrive as they are despatched directly from Velux in Denmark. If there is a delay in shipment we will notify you via E-mail giving an explanation of the situation and and expected time of despatch.

On despatch we will E-mail you providing courier contact details and tracking number where applicable.

On delivery, please sign for the goods as UNCHECKED otherwise the courier will not accept responsibility for transit damage.

In the event that your goods are faulty or fail before the warranty date, in the first instance E-mail us at info@valeblindsdirect.com and we will arrange for collection.
