This a standard Roman blind with side guiding rails and pulleys added to allow the blind to be operated at the angle of the window. The blind is held in position by a track which has a velcro edge, there are also side guiding rails which fix inside the recess of the window,runners from the side of the blind locate into this rail this holds the Roman Blind in position when the window is tilted. Roman blinds are usually made using customer own fabric or from our Vale Value range of fabrics.
