Delivery is FREE of charge if order value is over £75.00 UK Mainland and Northern Ireland,(£4.80 for orders under £75.00)
All Product to Southern Ireland Including Velux are charged at a standard rate of £24.50 Per Order, Please contact us if you are outside these areas.

Next Day Delivery from our VALE VALUE RANGE & PRIORITY VELUX RANGE
Next Working Day Delivery is usually made by Parcel Force, If an order is placed by 1 pm (genuine Velux Blinds) or 11.00am (vale Value Loft Blinds) delivery should be made the next working day, should no one be available Parcel Force will leave a card stating the time they tried to deliver, a parcel/tracking number, you will then be able top track your parcel status online at www.parcelforce.com
On orders that contain items with different lead times,delivery will usually be the longest lead time.Unfortunately we do not split orders for delivery. If you require items to be delivered at different times (i.e.Next day products and other products) separate orders must be placed.
All other Genuine Velux Blinds 7-10 Working Day Delivery
For orders under £75.00 a £4.80 charge will be made and for orders over £75.00 delivery will be made free to all UK postcode addresses via Parcel Force and will take 7-10 working days.
You can, if you wish, have the blinds delivered to a work address, please give these details at the time of the order. A full correct postcode is essential.
Orders placed on a Friday after 3.30pm will be delivered approximately 7-10 Days from the following Monday Deliveries are not made on a Saturday Sunday or Bank/Public Holidays. Please take that into account when placing your order.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box.
If, for any reason, you decide that you wish to return the Velux blinds or change any information on your order, please note that we will raise a charge of £14.95 to cover our costs in arranging collection. This charge will apply in all instances unless the blinds that you receive are different to those ordered or are damaged/faulty upon receipt
We will send returns labels to you, when these arrive, affix the label to the original packing, seal/secure the blinds, and take into any Post Office for return to Velux.
All blinds will be delivered by Parcel Force, shoul no one be available Parcel Force will leave a card stating the time they tried to deliver and a parcel/tracking number, you will them be able to track your parcel status online at www.parcelforce.com
If you would like us to track your order, please leave at least 7 working days from the day the order was placed then email us and we will look into it for you.info@valeblindsdirect.co.uk

If you have recieved a product that we have supplied and we have made an error then Vale Blinds Direct Ltd will arrange carriage,unfortunatly if it is a client error Vale Blinds Diract Ltd will not be liable for transpoertation cost.
