It's easier than you think, and we are here to help! Please note that when ordering your blind, you may need the serial number of your roof window. This is to ensure that you receive the correct size and model of roof window blind. You are able to locate the serial number in one of two places on your roof window.
1 For the 435,735 and 800 series roof windows the serial number will be located inside a tag on the right hand arm of the roof window, visible when the roof window is opened, as per the image on the left. The correct code will start something along the lines of 435 or 735 HBK, HBT etc, and then will refer to the size e.g. 7/9, 7/11 etc. E.g. 435 HBT 7/11 etc...
2 For 320 plus series roof windows, the serial number will be located on the right hand side of the top inside edge of the sash (the sash is the part of the roof window that moves) as per the image on the left. The code for these windows is likely to start 320,339, 539 then make reference to the size of the window in the following numbers and letters e.g. 320DC7N11A1199
